Hall bookings are now at capacity. You can still attend by Zoom call.

The AGM at midday will be immediately followed by a Special General Meeting at which you'll be able to vote on two important matters affecting how the club operates.

If you're coming in person, admittance is by membership card only and you'll need to be in the main hall by 1200. If you haven't picked up your card yet you'll be able to do so on the day from the club reception area. 

If you're joining online, you'll receive a link to the Zoom call by 10am on the morning of the AGM along with voting instructions. 

Please DO NOT register for both in person and online attendance.  We will remove all double entries in order to ensure a fair vote.

Deadline for registration is 5pm on Saturday 15th March. This gives us time to organise voting lists for Sunday.
