Garuda combines the core work of Pilates, with the postures of Yoga and the fluidity of dance into a full mind and body exercise for any age and ability. Expect a total body workout in a safe environment with thoughtful instruction.
Zoom Meeting ID/password will be sent out through confirmation email, and then again one day before the event.
Make sure to bring a mat, knee padding, and clothes you’re comfortable moving in!
This event is free, however if you do wish to "pay what you want", Mile Zero Dance will give 85% of your payment amount to the instructor.
