Our Holistic Edition is all about taking a little time out of the mum juggle to reconnect with yourself, meet other local women and enjoy a few moments of calm.

This isn't just another playgroup. It's a space for connection, conversation and community, bringing together pregnant women, new mums and mums navigating life with little ones.
