A Sunday morning for you, your bump and your new village.

Pregnancy can be exciting, overwhelming, beautiful, confusing... and sometimes all of those things at once.

Bump Club is your relaxed Sunday space to slow down, enjoy a little brunch, meet other mums-to-be and feel connected during this really special chapter.

Alongside your bottomless hot drinks and pastry, you'll be joined by a qualified midwife and feeding specialist including how to harvest that all important liquid gold (colostrum). Giving you the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about preparing for birth and feeding, and chat openly in a friendly, judgement-free environment.

No formal antenatal class.
No pressure.
No expectation to have everything figured out.

Just good drinks, conversation, expert support and other mums who are going through it too. 🤍

What's included?

Enjoy unlimited decaf coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate and other pregnancy-friendly alternatives throughout the morning.

Discover how your brain and body work together, and why feeling safe, calm and supported can influence your birth experience. You’ll get a taste of hypnobirthing techniques to help you understand how to approach labour and birth feeling calm and confident. 💛

Have a question about pregnancy, birth, induction, hospital, your birth preferences or those "is this normal?" moments? Our midwife will be there for an informal Q&A.

🍼 Meet the Colostrum Specialist

Learn more about colostrum harvesting, why some parents choose to harvest antenatally, when it may be recommended and how to approach it safely with plenty of time for your own questions.
