Mission Driven Budgeting

This two-day, four hour course will provide the foundation for taking your current budget process to a mission driven, annual goal setting process that aligns all of your ministry resources directly to your mission. This annual process will increase teamwork and communication and decrease politics. The goal is to align all your resources to more effectively meet your mission. The session will be completely online and an eBook will be provided with your ticket purchase.

This course will be held on both Tuesday nights - July 11th & July 18th - for two hours each.
