Mill Farm Party 

The annual flagship party in the Mill Farm music calendar returns for it's sixth time in 2024! We sold out our vibrant little festival last year and this year looks to be another beautiful music day so get your tickets fast. 

The Mill Farm Party is held on the outdoor stage in our party field. A small festival with a big heart and the perfect event for whole family to enjoy - with plenty to keep everyone happy!

We have curated an amazing line up of acts to perform on the our stage this year. Reg Meuross, The Clean Up, Hello Hopeville, Wanderbird, The Puffins, The Psychodahlias, and of course...Mill Farm house band extraordinaire, The Ducks, playing lively tunes from the last 50 years, with a special twist!

For those who attended our recent Folk Festival, expect fun and activities for all the family to enjoy. The small but mighty Mill Farm Bar returns to serve a wonderful selection of drinks from Gritchie Brewing Co, Twisted Cider, Cerne Abbas Brewery and some great wines and spirits as well as an extensive selection of non-alcoholic beers/ciders/ales and soft drinks. Local food and drink vendors will be spread around the circle so no one goes hungry and we will also be joined by some wonderful local arts and craft stalls for you to buy yourselves a festival treat to remember your day.

Here's a run down on some of the acts performing:

Reg Meuross 

Reg’s clever and imaginative lyrics have earned him the title of “MasterStoryteller” (PennyBlack Music) and led Mike Harding (Mike Harding Folk Show) to introduce him onto the stage of The Royal Albert Hall as “one of the finest singer-songwriters this country has produced”.

The Clean Up

A dynamic funk and soul band originating from Bristol. With infectious grooves, soulful vocals, and a tight rhythm section, they deliver electrifying performances that keep audiences dancing all night long.

The Ducks

The Mill Farm house band, The Ducks, return to the stage with their lively folk-style songs from the last 50 years with a special twist!

Hello Hopeville

An Americana & Country Blues band based in and around Frome, Somerset. Formed six years ago by Lisa (the girl in the band) who had a passion for Americana music. Her vision was to take some of the songs that she had grown up listening to and give them a new lease of life.

The Wanderbird

Born alongside the Mississippi River and raised in the Ozark Mountains of southeast Missouri - a true songwriter, storyteller and devoted rambler. The Wanderbird sips from a deep well of Country, Folk, Gospel & Rural Blues while taking listeners on a journey through the backwaters and blue collars of the people and places he's been. 

The Puffins

Four piece band specialising in Rock infused with Reggae, Funk, and Dub. Our mission is to make our audience dance to our original songs. Live we may chuck in a few left field covers!

The Psychodahlias 

The Psychodahlias have landed . led by Jim Penfold singer/songwriter and former frontman of The Hollywood Killers on vocals/rhythm gtr . along with Don John East (bass gtr) Simon Beard (lead gtr) Marti Atkins (keyboards) and Keef Harrison (drums/percussion)  and Niki and Lu Lu (The Psychodahliettes) on backing vocals.

Festival Info:

Date: Saturday, 27th July 2024

Gates: 10.30am-10.30pm

Parking is £2 and will be added at ticket checkout, though we do encourage car sharing as much as possible as we are limited to the number of cars we can accommodate in our site car park next to the festival field.

Please note that as a farm with animal residents we are unable to admit dogs into the festival site. NO DOGS please.

Tickets on the day subject to availability. We are a 500 max person capacity on the day so please purchase ahead of time to ensure you get tickets. We are a small boutique festival and our tickets tend to go fast!
