MILL FEST
Back for Round 2 in August 2026!
Events list
Brought to you by Against the Grain, Grays Salon and Rose & Thorn Tattoo.
Set in the old Swinnow Grange Mills in Bramley, Mill Fest is a one-day celebration of music, art, crafts, food, tattoos and beer.
We ran it for the first time in 2025. It sold out, we had a blast. So we're back for round two on Sunday 2 August 2026.
Born from a collaboration between three Bramley businesses, Against the Grain, Grays Salon and Rose & Thorn Tattoo Studio, Mill Fest is a grassroots festival built on local talent, community and not much else. A full day of live bands, street food, a tattoo flash day, independent makers and ice-cold pints, spread across the mill's industrial indoor spaces and open-air yard.
No corporate sponsors. No filler. Just three local businesses and the people of Bramley putting on a proper day out.
Last year, in numbers:
🎸 10 live acts, rock, soul, ska and more
🖋 16 guest tattoo artists on the flash day
🛍 16 independent makers and vendors
🍺 4 bars, two local breweries and a Mill Fest guest beer
🌭 3 food trucks
Round two lands Sunday 2 August 2026. Same Mill. Bigger Day. More details coming real soon!
Mill Fest is independent, inclusive and proudly northern. If you're here for the tunes, the tattoos or just the vibes. You're in good company.
