Session Aims
- Understand the psychological and physical impact of not switching off from work.
- Recognise personal stressors that contribute to difficulty detaching after hours.
- Learn practical techniques for creating healthy work/life boundaries.
- Develop strategies to manage digital overload and maintain wellbeing outside of work.
- Explore how to communicate needs around boundaries with colleagues and supervisors.

- Feel more confident in setting and maintaining healthy boundaries around work.
