Session aims:
- Understand the psychological and physical impact of not switching off from work.
- Recognise personal stressors that contribute to difficulty detaching after hours.
- Understand the importance of role modelling healthy boundaries and downtime.
- Recognise how management practices and communication styles influence staff’s ability to switch off.
- Learn strategies to support staff in maintaining work–life balance without compromising performance.

- Lead by example in promoting work–life balance.
- To identify ways to support team members in switching off after work.
- To reflect on personal patterns and leadership behaviours that impact staff wellbeing.
