Mindfulness Grief & Loss Support Group
Mindfulness Grief & Loss Support Group
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, PST.
Grief is a natural state of the heart to be acknowledged. It's not something we "get over," though with time, "we integrate within us." Grief and loss touch all of us at some point, though often, our culture does not give us the time or support we need to heal, leaving us feeling isolated and unsure.
Through group sharing that utilizes mindfulness reflective skills and contemplative reflection, we can begin to feel whole and safe even in the midst of tremendous grief. Our ongoing support group provides an opportunity for coming together with others so that we can be heard and become more embodied around the losses and grief that happen in life.
The Grief & Loss Support Group is freely offered through the Mindfulness Care Center a 501(3)(c) charitable organization. We are supported by your donations, which sustain our programs and support everyone being able to attend our groups and classes.
