Mindfulness weaves its magic into every day life. This 4-week mindfulness course will give you a thorough grounding in how to apply it to everyday life, giving you the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation. In the first week, we explore what it means to keep calm. In week two, we explore the nature of attention, and how to improve it. In the third week, we apply mindful awareness to making productive decisions (including procrastination and inner conflict). In the fourth week, we discover how mindfulness can support your sleep. By the end of this course, you will have learned to meditate in ways that feel enjoyable and enriching for you. The course will be interactive, and you will have the benefit of interacting with a small group of other interested learners.

Flexible Attendance! If you cannot manage your session, you are welcome to attend the course on another day in the week, if it running twice per week – please double check (e.g. come along on Wednesday if you cannot manage Sunday - no need to let us know.)
