These individual sessions are designed to encourage, embed, and inspire your mindfulness meditation and practice. Group sizes are restricted so that you have a small group (12 or less), with time to ask your own questions, or suggest themes for discussion. The session will start with a meditation of 15 minutes, and end with a shorter meditation. You can attend as few or as many sessions as you wish.
The sessions are a wonderful opportunity to build your practice and understanding of mindfulness, and to benefit from the motivation and inspiration of practising with others.
Sessions take place each Sunday evening. If there is plenty of interest, Elizabeth will also run a Wednesday evening session (tbc).
