The practice of mindful meditation lies at the heart of mindfulness. This two hour webinar is an ideal way to approach meditation for the first time, or to re-fresh and embed your practice. It's particularly useful if you find your mind 'too busy' to meditate, or you feel that you often fail. We explore how to 'meditate as you can, not as you can't' – finding flexible and creative approaches, so that your meditation becomes precious and enjoyable 'time for you'. You are also invited to read Elizabeth’s book alongside this session, 'Journeys to the Deep: A Gentle Guide to Mindfulness Meditation'.
"I took part in one of Elizabeth's mindfulness courses nearly 4 years ago now, and can honestly say it was the best thing I could have done for myself during my time at Cambridge. In such a high pressure environment, her approach to mindfulness kept me grounded and taught me to tap into a sense of gentle kindness to myself and others. It built my resilience, improved my communication and relationships, and I found a sense of peace within that I could revisit at any time."
