Following the success of my free sleep tasters this spring, I am offering the same popular half-hour format. Each online session will include tips and mindful perspectives on sleep. We also practise a mindful meditation which supports sleep.

I am optimistic the sessions will help you re-discover refreshing sleep at night, and add zest to your day. Booking several will have a cumulative effect, and give you the support of the whole group. But please feel free to attend as many or as few as you wish!
