Mindful of Earth: Nature and Wellbeing With Robin | 7-Week Series - In Person

Mindful of Earth is a 7-week nature-based mindfulness journey on the UPC campus that can be taken as a standalone, drop-in sessions or as a complete series. In each session, we will explore different embodied awareness and Earth-honoring practices for healing and wellbeing.
We will gather outdoors and allow nature itself to become part of our practice: trees, sunlight, fountains, wind, earth, and open sky. Each session centers on a guiding affirmation and includes mindfulness practice, reflection, and opportunities to reconnect with yourself and the living world around you. We'll cover themes such as grounding, emotional flow, confidence, compassion, voice, intuition, and connection—not as abstract ideas, but as lived experiences held in the body and reflected in nature itself.
No prior experience is needed. These sessions are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and supportive for anyone curious about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and exploring healing in a grounded and inclusive way. Please come exactly as you are—curious, overwhelmed, hopeful, skeptical, tender, grounded, exhausted, openhearted, or simply in need of a pause.
You are welcome to attend one session, several, or the entire series.
