Join us for a day of mindfulness, self-compassion, and renewal.
This daylong retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and deepen your capacity to meet yourself with kindness, care, and understanding. Through guided meditation, experiential exercises, gentle reflection, and periods of silence, participants will explore practices drawn from Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), an evidence-based approach developed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.
Whether you are new to self-compassion or looking to deepen an existing practice, this retreat provides a supportive environment for cultivating greater resilience, emotional balance, and well-being.
All are welcome. No prior meditation or self-compassion experience is necessary.
