Midweek Reset: Gentle Yoga with Lorena (June/July)
Join us every Wednesday from 10 June to 29 July at 6.30pm for an hour of gentle yoga practice designed as a midweek reset. Expect slow transitions, supported postures and spacious breathing to settle the nervous system and ease you out of midweek stress.
