Jo Dee Messina kicked off her notable career with “Heads Carolina, Tails California,” a single that immediately made her a household name. Following the success of her debut, Jo Dee posted nine No. 1 hits and sixteen Top 40 songs and was honored by the ACM Awards, CMA Awards, and GRAMMY Awards. As Jo Dee’s résumé grew, she proved to be a trendsetter and history-maker, becoming the first female in country music history to celebrate three consecutive multi-week, chart-topping songs. 

Under her initial record label, Jo Dee released four full-length albums, one Christmas record, two Greatest Hits collections, and three EPs. 1. No Cancellations: All ticket sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged unless the event is canceled entirely by the Minnesota Discovery Center (MDC).
2. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled by MDC, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
3. Postponement: If the concert is postponed to a later date, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.
4. Refund Procedure: To request a refund for a canceled event, please contact erin.cullen@mndiscoverycenter.com. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
5. Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable to another person for no additional fee.  To transfer tickets, please contact erin.cullen@mndiscoverycenter.com with original ticket details.  If you transfer your ticket to another individual, please ensure they have a copy of the updated ticket at the event entrance.
