Celebrate the magic of fall with a ride on the MDC trolley to the Glen Location, where autumn fun awaits in our charming pumpkin patch! Hop aboard and enjoy the scenic journey as you’re whisked away to a pumpkin wonderland. 🎃

Once you arrive, pick your pumpkin straight from the patch—whether you're searching for the biggest one you can carry or the cutest one to decorate, you are sure to find the perfect match!

Before or after you visit the pumpkin patch, warm up with free apple cider, hot chocolate, and coffee at the cozy Food Court. Feeling hungry? Delicious seasonal eats will be available for purchase to satisfy every craving. 😋

And don’t miss the petting zoo from Cook’s Country Connection, where friendly farm animals will be ready to greet guests of all ages! 🐐

Whether you're coming for the pumpkins, the animals, or the trolley ride itself, Trolley Pumpkin Days is the perfect way to celebrate the season. Bring your family, your friends, and your fall spirit!

The trolley departs at your reservation time, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and board the trolley. MDC cannot guarantee placement on a different trolley time if you miss your purchased trolley departure.

Event Pricing:

• Non-MDC Members — $14.00 + credit card processing fee
• MDC Members — $12.00 + credit card processing fee
• Children (Ages 3 and under) — FREE!

Event Timeline:

• 9:30am — Doors Open (Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled trolley departure)
• 11:00am — Food Court and Petting Zoo Open
• 5:00pm — Event Ends, Food Court and Petting Zoo Close

• This event is recommended for all ages!
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The trolley departs at your reservation time so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to board the trolley.
• If you are on the 4:00pm trolley departure, we recommend arriving early to enjoy the petting zoo and Food Court as they will be closed when the 4:00pm trolley returns.
• Once off the trolley, you can put your pumpkins in your car and come back to enjoy the other activities.
• Dressing up and costumes are encouraged!
• Strollers and wagons are allowed in the park but cannot go on the trolley. You can leave them on the trolley deck and pick them back up once the trolley returns.

Space is limited to 48 riders per trolley departure, so be sure to grab your tickets before they’re gone! We sell out every year.

Please review our non-cancellation refund policy below:

1. No Cancellations: All ticket sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged unless the event is canceled entirely by the Minnesota Discovery Center (MDC).
2. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by MDC, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
3. Postponement: If the event is postponed to a later date, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.
4. Refund Procedure: To request a refund for a canceled event, please contact ashley@mndiscoverycenter.org. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
5. Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable to another person for no additional fee. To transfer tickets, please contact ashley@mndiscoverycenter.org with original ticket details. If you transfer your ticket to another individual, please ensure they have a copy of the updated ticket at the event entrance.
6. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change without notice. Updates will be listed on the event page.
