An exclusive opportunity to elevate your business. MSDUK invites you to a curated event designed to foster strategic connections and drive significant growth for ethnic minority businesses.

This flagship event brings together SMEs, Corporates, Partners and Business Networks. This is a unique opportunity for everyone to connect, build business relationships and identify future opportunities.

MSDUK Certified SMEs will be eligible for the 1-2-1 meetings with the Corporates if selected. The deadline to register is 23 April 2026.

Any MSDUK Certified SMEs members registered after this date will still be able to participate in other activities scheduled for the day, but will not be able to join the 1-2-1 meeting(s).

WHAT IS HAPPENING ON THE DAY

• Panel Discussions will feature insightful discussions from corporate leaders and entrepreneurs within the MSDUK network.
• Corporate Insight Exchange Roundtables will be held during the day and delivered by procurement professionals and entrepreneurs, sharing stories and case study examples of winning corporate business
• Pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings between buyers and suppliers
• Networking throughout the day
• Refreshments are included, with tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch provided for all attendees

• MSDUK Corporate Members & their Tier 1 - 2 Suppliers
• MSDUK Partner Organisations
• MSDUK Self-Registered
• Non-Certified SME and Corporates

TICKET ALLOCATION:

MSDUK Certified SME Members will be allocated 1 free ticket per business. There will be a £25.00 refundable deposit upon attending the event. 

If you are not a member, get certified by MSDUK today to get this event ticket for FREE!

MSDUK Corporate Members and Corporate Partners will be allocated 2 free tickets per business.

MSDUK Self-Registered SME Members and Non-members will be charged to attend.

TIPS FOR THE EVENT:

Corporate Buyers: Before the event, you will have the opportunity to select the businesses you would like to meet. We suggest you come prepared with dates of when specific tender opportunities will occur, relevant to the businesses you meet, so you can explain to them when there may be a potential opportunity. It is always good practice to be transparent and not raise expectations if there are no relevant opportunities.

SMEs: If you are selected by a corporate, you will be provided with a list of the 1-2-1 meeting(s) that you will be having on the day. We suggest you do some research on the companies you are meeting with and their current procurement practice for your product/service. You can also bring some aids to support the meetings, but keep these concise as the main purpose is for you to build a rapport with the buyer. There are 15-minute slots which will be allocated should the corporate wish to meet you.

Every no-show at an event not only costs us money but also takes away opportunity from someone else. If you have booked a ticket and cannot attend, please cancel or let the Events Team know.
