LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a powerful facilitated methodology originally developed by the LEGO® Group. At its heart is the connection between the hands and the mind. By building, exploring and ‘tinkering’ with LEGO® bricks, participants can work through thoughts and ideas, make connections, see things from different perspectives and develop deeper understanding.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can be used to explore and solve problems, unlock thinking, deepen reflection, make complex challenges tangible, generate new insights and support meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
This intensive two day certified facilitator training in LSP offers a wonderful opportunity to learn from two leading international LSP Method PRO Trainers, Miriam O’Donoghue (Ireland) and Michael Barsakidis (Germany). With two experienced trainers in the room, participants benefit from their combined international experience, different perspectives and facilitation styles, alongside greater personalised attention, individual support and more opportunities for practice, questions, feedback and discussion throughout the course.
