Ready to feel calmer, more present, and connected with the nature around you?
Join me, Dr Miriam Ricci, certified wellbeing coach and former sustainability researcher, for a restorative 90-minute Summer Nature-Connection Walk in the beautiful grounds of Arnos Vale Cemetery on Sunday 19th July 2026.
This gentle opportunity to dedicate time to your personal wellbeing is much more than a simple stroll; it's a carefully crafted experience that blends movement, mindfulness and evidence-based practices from positive psychology and nature connectedness research, to help you truly pause, reset and reconnect.
What we'll do: We'll begin with a simple grounding practice to release tension and bring you fully into your body and the present moment. Then, through a silent mindful walk, I'll guide you through short, intentional activities designed to help you engage your senses, appreciate summer's richness and vitality, and reconnect meaningfully with the natural world around you.
Why it works: Research shows that combining movement, mindfulness, and nature connection can enhance wellbeing, by helping us become more self-aware, regulate our nervous system and manage stressful situations. This practice also deepens our care for the planet and each other, contributing to personal, collective and ecological wellbeing.
You'll leave feeling grounded and equipped with practical tools you can weave into your daily life, in any seasons.
Invest 90 minutes in yourself and give yourself something genuinely restorative to look forward to. Tickets are only £12.50 and spaces are limited, so book your spot now!
Meeting point: outside Arnos Vale CAFÉ.
Please bring:
- Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear (we’ll walk on both tarmacked and woodland paths)
- Your own refreshments (the café opens at 10am)
- Optional: a pen and notebook with a firm cover (suitable for writing while standing or sitting outdoors)
