Description

The Reggae in the Park is to be hosted at Mount Edgcumbe on Sat June 3rd 15:00 - 21:30 ( it will be a complete toast to all things Rum and Reggae).

There will be an amazing selection of Rums to get your taste buds tingling plus a well stocked rum bar as well as some of your favourite cocktails!

Worked up an appetite with all that dancing? Don't worry! We have got the most delicious and authentic Caribbean food on hand ready to refuel your fire!

We are delighted to welcome Reggae solo artist Junior Morgan as our headliner on Saturday evening. Accompanying him on the stage will be The Barefoot Bandit, Antigua Joe and DJ RedHeart MoreFire PLUS SPECIAL GUESTS (to be announced soon).

The festival will be held in the incredible grounds of Mount Edgcumbe Artist's Platt, overlooking the beautiful Plymouth Sound for the perfect chilled summer vibes.

Lots of local and independent businesses will be there to offer their compliments to the world of Rum & Reggae.

Important Information

  1. Dogs are permitted at this event but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please bare in mind that there will be loud music and crowds if your dog is sensitive to noise and people.
  2. No food or alcohol is allowed to be brought into this event.
  3. There is disabled access into this event although please note the event is on grass.
  4. The event is held in the Artist Platt and is an outdoor Festival.

Children under 12 go FREE. For those aged 12 and over, the full adult price applies. There is a discounted early bird ticket for adults as well as concessions for over 60s and NHS workers. A person with disabilities may have their carer accompany them for free. Tickets will be available on the gate on the day but it is strongly advised to pre-book as availability cannot be guaranteed and tickets on the door will be more expensive.

A Locals' Discount is available for residents of Rame. You must live in the PL10 postcode and have proof of address on arrival at the event if you purchase a ticket using the locals' discount code.

Car parking will be located in a field near to the event area. Due to limited spaces, car parking must be booked in advance. Please print out your parking passes and display them in your windscreen before arrival, to ensure minimum queuing time. There will be no additional parking available on the day. We also encourage travelling via the Mount Edgcumbe ferry but please bear in mind that the last ferry leaves at 10pm.

Please note, in the case of heavily wet weather conditions the car parking field may not be functional. In this case, all car parking fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the car park's functionality. Cars and belongings are left at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage. Cars must be removed by 10:30pm or they will be locked in.
