Something magnificent & extraordinary is happening in Mitchelstown this Christmas. Join Mrs. Claus and the elves as you wander around Santa's magical Mitchelstown trail before meeting with the Big Man himself!

Here are some important points before you purchase your tickets

• All bookings must include at least one Adult ticket - ie. Children must be supervised when visiting ChristmasTown
•  If you are trying to book tickets and the system is not allowing you to select your required number of tickets, it is because there is not the capacity left that you require in that specific time slot - you will need to book an alternative time.

• Sensory Hour will be Saturday 2nd December 10am-11am. Sound and lighting will be turned down and Santa's elves will be aware of extra needs. Sensory hour tickets are not sold online, they can only be booked via Mitchelstown Leisure Centre. This is to ensure correct allocation of time slots as we want everyone to have the best experience. You can purchase either at the reception of the Leisure Centre or via telephone on 025 52102.
• Entry times are in 15 minute blocks. We expect the full experience to last at least one hour.
• All children, regardless of age, are more than welcome. If you would like your older child, or indeed an adult, to receive a Santa gift please pay the CHILD RATE when booking to avoid disappointment.
• You have the option to add a printed photo to your ticket purchase. This photo will be taken in Santa’s grotto by McMahon's Studios for an additional €10 extra. Your pre-ordered photo(s) will be available for you to take home directly after your visit. You need to purchase this at the time of booking tickets. Should you prefer to take your own photo on your phone/camera, Santa's helpers can help with this.
  
• Ticket prices are inclusive of booking fees. 
• Everyone entering ChristmasTown must have a prepurchased ticket for the correct time slot - entry will only permitted at the time given on your ticket.
• Tickets are non-refundable six weeks from the event. Date changes will be facilitated where possible, subject to availability.
