Securing the AI Enterprise — How to Protect, Govern, and Scale AI Safely
AI is rewriting how we innovate, but it’s also rewriting the rules of risk. In this half day executive workshop, you’ll step inside the control room of the modern AI enterprise — learn how attacks really happen, see what good architecture looks like, and walk away with a board-ready security plan for your business.
Why Attend?
AI is reshaping how we lead, compete, and create value — but it’s also exposing organizations to unprecedented security, privacy, and ethical risks.
For small and medium-sized businesses, the impact can be catastrophic: data leaks, deepfakes, misinformed AI outputs, and reputational crises. This high-impact workshop equips you — the business leader — to take charge of AI security. No jargon. No fear tactics. Just the frameworks, tools, and executive fluency to lead your organization safely into the AI era.
Who is this for?
- SMB founders and executives adopting AI
- CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and board members responsible for digital risk
- Leaders seeking a trusted playbook for AI governance and resilience
What You’ll Learn
By the end of this masterclass, you’ll be able to:
- Understand the modern AI threat landscape — and where your business is most exposed
- Design a Secure-by-Design AI Architecture aligned with NIST & Microsoft frameworks
- Govern AI adoption with clarity: roles, policies, and response playbooks
- Identify the right partners and managed services for AI-driven security
- Leave with a 90-day AI Security Roadmap and executive metrics dashboard
Limited to a Small Group Only
