Are you ready to feel the power of your breath?

Perceive yourself and get to know yourself in a protected setting. Your breath is your constant companion. Our breath is so close to us but sometimes so far away. The session includes a guided, very dynamic breathing meditation with carefully curated music and a grounding integration. Your breath is an expression of your current phase of life and reflects it.

We will be at the beautiful @vea STUDIO in Kreuzberg (Naunynstrasse 38, first backyard) right next to Oranienplatz. This space is open for all humans (all ethnicities and all genders)

What to expect in these 3h:

• Check-In (we will co-create our container)
• Introduction into the art form of Breathwork
• Breathwork Session
• Break
• Sharing with Snacks

Please note that breathwork can be physically demanding and is not suitable for people with any of the following conditions:

• Surgery on the chest, neck or head in the last 6 months

• (High-risk) pregnancy

• Severe or acute cardiovascular disorders

• Epilepsy

• Acute schizophrenic psychoses

• Taking medication of opioids, benzodiazepines or strong sleeping pills

• Acute substance use

Are you ready to feel the power of your breath?

Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes and don't eat anything heavy about 1.5 hours before our session. There will be water, tea, and snacks for you. But you can also bring some snacks if you want for our sharing circle.
