Join us for our first and final workshop together in Berlin, before we’ll move to Zürich in February.

In this 3h workshop we will dive into exploring ourselves through the doorways of movement and breath.

Patrizia will guide you through a somatic and alchemical movement journey into the deep landscapes of your body.

Mitu will guide you into a transcendental journey of connecting with your higher self through your breath.

Both journeys are accompanied by carefully curated soundscapes to support the magic held in these transformative spaces.

The workshop includes:
• Somatic movement practice
• Breathwork practice
• Sharing circle with tea & snacks

We‘d feel honored to share this final embodiment ritual with you.

Please note that breathwork can be physically demanding and is not suitable for people with any of the following conditions:
• Surgery on the chest, neck or head in the last 6 months
• (High-risk) pregnancy
• Severe or acute cardiovascular disorders
• Epilepsy
• Acute schizophrenic psychoses
• Taking medication of opioids, benzodiazepines or strong sleeping pills
• Acute substance use
