This is our Swedish edition NWTA weekend. That means some exercises are instructed and held in Swedish, giving native Swedish speakers a possibility of an even more impactful experience.
This training is held in English and Swedish. Note: ALL participants needs to understand and speak both English and Swedish. (If you do not, checkout another of our NWTA trainings.)
As the weekend approaches you will get information about what to bring and not to bring and other things for your preparation for this training. We encourage public transport or ride sharing and we will do our bit to help you organise this.
The training weekend starts on Friday afternoon at 17.30 (exact) and ends on Sunday afternoon around 15.00.
Early bird pricing ends August 17, limited amount of price reductions are available for those with low incomes.
For everybody's safety, all participants and staff members must be free from active/untreated drug or alcohol dependency. This is non-negotiable. If you are currently dealing with issues such as suicidal tendencies, or other serious mental health conditions, this training might not be suitable for you at this time.
We can make accommodations for most physical conditions if known in advance. Countless men with physical limitations have completed this training. If you are in doubt or have any serious health issues, that may affect your ability to participate, seek the opinion of a healthcare professional.
