Bollington Grief Cafe: A Supportive Space to Talk About Grief & Bereavement

An inclusive, informal and friendly opportunity to gather together to eat cake, drink tea and talk about grief.
Join us for a Grief Café ~ an open, supportive space to talk about loss in all its forms. Bereavement, yes, but also the grief that comes with relationship endings, lost identity, changed health, estrangement, or any of the quiet losses life brings that don't always get named or acknowledged.
There's no timeline here, no agenda, and no set outcomes, just honest, meaningful conversations in a warm and welcoming space.
The aim is simple: to hold grief gently, in community, so it feels a little less like something to survive alone.
Laura Doherty facilitates the Bollington Grief Café, which is open to all who wish to attend. We invite you to come along and join us for an informal and non-judgemental discussion on grief and bereavement.
There is no charge for attending, but as we currently use Rootstock as a venue, we ask that you purchase a drink as a token of gratitude to this lovely café. If you are experiencing any financial hardship, please reach out, as I have a small fund for purchasing drinks.
Hope to see you there!
