Description

At Modo Coaching & Training we are passionate about building a community of people who can share a common language for personal growth and development. Come along and learn new ways in which to use the wisdom of the Enneagram in your daily life to understand yourself and others at a deeper level.

Last Thursday of the month.

Session Overview

February - Essence & Personality
Why do you want to learn about the Enneagram? In this session, we will discuss the purpose of the Enneagram with a view to making a commitment to change some of our habitual behaviours. Check out our Types then prepare to let them go!

March - Cultivating Awareness
How do we start to pay attention to our actions? In this session, we will work on strategies to enable us to become more aware of our patterns of behaviour. We will learn how “to catch ourselves in the act!”

April - The Triadic Self
What are the Enneagram Triads? In this session, we explore some of the groups of 3 in which we find similarities of personality traits and discover more about our responses. We learn to go deeper into some connections across other Types.

June - What's obvious and what's not, about each type
A time to reflect on the key characteristics of each type and then have some fun with some of the more quirky aspects. An opportunity to share stories.

July - Acting against the compulsion
What have we to learn from the arrows? What’s your Type’s experience of Time? What are the symbolic animals of the compulsed types? What colours are associated with each type? Fun with drawing and colour.

August - Preferred strategies and neglected strategies of each type
Let’s find out about the “Awareness to Action” process. Inspirational music and lyrics for your type. How can these songs prompt you to action?

September - The Sub-types
How does Type interact with Instincts? In this session, we will get a deeper understanding of how our type is affected by our dominant instinct and pay attention to the neglected Instinct.

October - The Enneagram and walking the talk
If we are “walking the talk” in our Enneagram learning, we will be more aware of our whole self. What work do we have to do? Let’s check if we are actually doing the work!

November - The Enneagram and making progress
Where are you in the nine levels? What’s your bandwidth? What are you working on to make a difference? Celebrate the progress you have made!
