Mole Valley Landlords' Forum
All landlords will need to register for the Government’s new landlord's database (Register Your Rental Property) which is set to launch on 15 December 2026. The roll out of the database will start in the West Midlands and move onto other areas over 12 months. It is planned to launch in Surrey in March 2027.
Our Landlord's Forum, taking place in Pippbrook House on Thursday 19 November, will bring landlords together from across Mole Valley to learn more about this and other changes since the Renters' Rights Act was introduced and what action they need to take.
The agenda will include:
- An update on the impending rollout of this initiative including what can be seen on the database and when the phased rollout will affect them.
- A representative from the National Residential Landlords Association taking questions and provide case law and legislation updates.
- Mole Valley's new Tenancy Enforcement Officer in attendance to meet guests and explain more about their work.
- An update on the incentives available to landlords and letting agents working in partnership with the Housing team.
- An update on Local Government Reorganisation in Surrey.
Booking is free and refreshments are available. There will also be a paid bar open for anyone wishing to stay and network after the session.
We have limited spaces available so please book early to avoid disappointment!
