This is a comprehensive birth preparation course for couples who want to understand how birth works, know their options and feel genuinely prepared for whatever their birth brings. Taught by Mollie, a former NHS midwife and Hypnobirthing coach, in a relaxed, welcoming and completely non-judgemental environment in Trull, Taunton.

This three week course is perfect for March/April due dates (but is suitable from 20 weeks pregnant). This class is held at Trull Community Centre in Trull, Taunton.

What you can expect from the course:

Our Complete Birth Preparation course is designed to be the only birth preparation course you need to do. You can’t control exactly how your birth unfolds. And you don’t need to.

What you can do is prepare yourself with knowledge, practical tools and confidence, so that whatever happens, you feel equipped to make informed choices and meet your birth with trust rather than fear, however your labour unfolds on the day. I understand that the way you feel about your birth directly impacts your start to parenthood, so the aim is to make this transition as easy and smooth as possible for you and your new family.

This is the ultimate birth preparation course that covers every aspect of labour and birth, including the specialist teaching of Hypnobirthing tools and techniques that help you remain in control; ensuring you manage your birth journey with strength and confidence. Hypnobirthing has many benefits (for you AND for your baby!) and gives you practical tools to work with your body, manage the sensations of labour, stay calm and feel more in control – whatever your birth looks like. Oh and don’t worry – there are no awkward ice-breakers or ‘get to know me’ games in my classes… (Show this bit to your birth partner!)

Where are the classes?

This course is held at held at Trull Community Centre in Trull, Taunton. The venue is just 5 minutes drive from Taunton Town Centre, has plenty of free parking and great accessibility. The classes are delivered in a friendly, relaxed and judgment-free environment, and are a great opportunity to meet other likeminded parents-to-be.

When are the classes?

This course runs on three Saturday afternoons spread over three weeks. It is perfect if you are due in March/Apil. However, it is suitable anytime from 20 weeks pregnant. Each session is a 3 hour class packed full of interactive learning, where you’ll gain loads of knowledge and tools helping you feel really confident about your upcoming birth. Oh, and you'll make some new parent pals along the way too!
