Online Year-Through Restorative Practice Support & Coaching Programme for Primary and Secondary Schools

Becoming a Restorative School is a gradual process, not an immediate one. It's a journey that can be full of creativity, growth and joy for everyone, but many of our teachers and principals report that they feel overwhelmed and under-equipped when it comes to blending restorative practice into their school culture. Sign your RP Team, Wellbeing Team or Management Team up for our Facilitator-Lead Coaching Sessions, one evening per month from September 2025 to May 2026, 90 minutes per evening session, €650 per participating school (up to 3 staff members per school).

This Coaching Programme offers your team an opportunity for on-going, structured support as they go about the work of embedding Restorative Practice into your school’s codes of practice and Bí Cineálta policy, undertaking the gradual and joyful work of becoming a Restorative School Culture.

The Programme is based on the feedback we have received from hundreds of teachers, principals and management teams who have taken our three-part Restorative Practice Training courses or attended in-school training with us.

Each of the in total eight evening sessions will serve as a supportive collaborative community in which participants can share their experiences within the coaching group and where practices can be discussed in a growthful way. Sessions are 90 minutes in duration, one evening per month, 7 p.m – 8.30 p.m.

Those of you who join the Coaching Programme will have the opportunity to avail of continued support to take you into year two of the journey towards becoming a Restorative School.

There is only a limited number of places available on the Programme (each school can send up to up to three staff members). The cost of a school place for all three members of staff is €650.

September 16^th – Laying Foundations / Goals for Practice for Year 1
October 14^th – Introduction and Induction – Staff, Students, Parents
November 11^th – Interim review and Troubleshooting
January 13^th – Restorative Interventions – sharing practice and sharing challenges.
February 10^th – Beginning Circles Practice
March 10^th – Troubleshooting & Sharing Practice
April 14^th - Looking at Trauma & Restoratively Informed Code of Behaviour and Anti-Bullying Policy Review
May 12^th – Building a yearly reviewing process
