What if massage wasn't only something you booked when your body was aching, but something we learned to share with each other?

I'm creating a new conscious  Massage Club in Bournemouth  a weekly space to learn simple massage techniques, explore nourishing touch, move, connect and spend time with other people.
And before I launch the full Winter Massage Club in November, I'm opening the doors for a  one-hour taster session.

What to expect
We'll begin with some gentle movement and connection before exploring simple massage techniques together.
You'll have the opportunity to both give and receive massage, learn how to use your hands and body more effectively, and discover what feels good ,while practicing communication, consent and boundaries along the way.

This isn't a formal massage course and you don't need to get everything “right”.

It's a space to learn, practice, connect and enjoy touch together.

No massage experience needed

No partner needed , come on your own or with someone

All touch is consent-based and optional

Comfortable clothing stays on

Open to adults of all genders

From Sunday 8nd November, I'll be opening a small 12-week Winter Massage Club, meeting every Sunday from 4:00–5:00pm.

My intention is to create a core group of people who return each week , learning new skills, becoming more comfortable giving and receiving touch, and gradually creating a little community together.

There will be just 8 founding member places for the full Winter journey, alongside limited drop-in spaces.

But for now, simply come and experience it.

A few things you might be wondering

Do I need to come with a partner?
Not at all. You’re very welcome to come on your own, with a friend or with a partner. We’ll be working together in pairs and sometimes changing partners during the session.

Do I need any massage experience?
No. This is for complete beginners as well as people who already have some experience with massage or bodywork.

Will I be giving and receiving massage?
Yes. The idea is to experience both sides , learning simple techniques, practicing giving touch and having the opportunity to receive too. You’re always welcome to opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

What should I wear?
Come in comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.I will send you few more practical details after you book.

Will we use massage oil?
We may explore some massage directly on the skin using oil.You will always have a choice about how you participate, and areas not being massaged will remain covered.

Is this sexual or Tantric massage?
No. Massage Club is a non-sexual space. The focus is nourishing touch, massage, movement, connection, communication and community.

What about boundaries and consent?
Consent is an important part of Massage Club. You’ll be encouraged to communicate what feels good, what doesn’t, where you are comfortable being touched and to practise both giving and receiving a clear yes or no. You never have to participate in any touch or exercise you don’t want to.

What should I bring?
Come in comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. Everything else you need for the session will be explained when you book.

Can I come just for the taster?
Absolutely. There’s no obligation to continue. If you enjoy it, you’ll have the opportunity to join the 12-week Winter Massage Club beginning in November.
