About the Convention:

If you’ve been looking for the best way to connect with professionals in Montana’s retail pesticide, fertilizer, seed, and grain industries, this Trade Show is the event of the year for YOU!
No other event in Montana comes close to reaching this audience.

The MABA/MGEA Annual Convention is unique — it’s by business, for business. The presentations and information are designed to help agricultural businesses and grain elevators better serve their grower customers.

Please note:
All exhibitors and sponsors must be members of the Montana Ag Business Association (MABA) or the Montana Grain Elevator Association (MGEA).
Exhibitors and sponsors are asked to refrain from inviting or conducting business directly with growers/customers during the Convention and Trade Show. If business must be conducted, please do so off-site.

Schedule:

Our convention schedule is designed with exhibitors and sponsors in mind. All breaks and lunches are held in the Trade Show area to maximize booth traffic.

Tuesday:

• 11:00 AM - Convention set-up
  
• 3:00 PM - Doors Open
• 5:00 PM - Keynote Speaker

 Wednesday & Thursday:

• 10:00 AM – Convention Break

• 12:00 PM – Lunch with Special Speakers & Events

• 3:00 PM – Convention Break

• 4:00 – 7:00 PM – Wednesday Trade Show, Raffle, Giveaways, and Thursday MABA/MGEA Annual Banquet and Keynote Speaker

Special Events & Giveaways:

• Eight $50 cash prizes

• Two raffle items

• All proceeds will be donated to a worthy cause.

Trade Show Booths:

We’ve refined our layout over the years to ensure great traffic exposure for all exhibitors.

Booth Includes:

• 10’ x 6’ pipe and drape booth

• Two chairs

• 500w / 110v electrical outlet

Setup: Tuesday, February 2 at 11:00 PM
Teardown: Thursday, February 4 at 12:00 PM (must be out by 1:00 PM)

Exhibit Service Kits will be available for download in January at the link above.
2027 exhibitors may reserve their same booth from 2026 by October 15 (see last year’s floor map attached).
