This exciting and compelling tour de force performance series performs at 7:30 pm on July 27, 28, 29, 2023 at the Helena Avenue Theatre.  Written and performed by Leah Joki, and directed by Linda Grinde, PRISON BOXING was originally developed and performed at the Downtown Dance Collective in Missoula, MT under the direction of Joshua Kelly. It was further developed at the Skylight Theater in Los Angeles. PRISON BOXING was nominated for Best Solo Performance in Los Angeles by Stage Raw Awards in 2015. This performance series of PRISON BOXING at the Helena Avenue Theatre in Helena, MT represents a partnership between Montana Playwrights Network & NO JOKE Theater.
