Join us for an immersive workshop dedicated to connecting with our center, nurturing your spirit and soul, and fostering holistic wellness from within. In the chaos of everyday life, we often neglect the deeper aspects of our being—the spiritual and soulful dimensions that profoundly impact our well-being.

This workshop is a sanctuary for self-discovery and healing, a space where ancient wisdom meets modern practices. Through a blend of mindfulness exercises and moving meditation exercises to get in touch with our Physical Intelligence, we will embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with our inner selves.

This workshop will delve into various aspects of holistic health—mind, body, and spirit. Discover practical techniques to reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and unlock the profound wisdom residing within you. Explore methods to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Sessions will be guided by Physical Intelligence expert Martina Wagner PhD, ACC during which you’ll learn about your energy through interactive exercises and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Her ArtesHumanis' programs are designed to teach you how to get in touch with your Physical Intelligence (read more about this here: www.arteshumanis.com) to start taking control of your thinking and mental capabilities.

Each participant will receive an aromatherapy sachet to take home. Coffee & Snack will be served. Be sure to wear durable shoes appropriate for a farm visit.

The farm, which hosts thousands of visitors each year, encompasses approximately 14.5 acres not far from the historic village of Bloomfield, California. It is the largest lavender farm in Northern California.
