Physical Intelligence: A Path to Resilience, Stress Management, and Emotional Control.
In this immersive session, delve into the profound impact of PI techniques on enhancing resilience, managing stress, and regulating emotions. Through a combination of Physical Intelligence exercises, and group discussion, participants will embrace PI Techniques and integrate them seamlessly into their daily routines, experiencing their profound mental health benefits firsthand.
During this workshop, you will:
- Dive into the science behind how practicing Physical Intelligence (PI) techniques can positively impact the brain and body
- Practice various PI techniques, including breath awareness and body scanning, fostering inner tranquility and harmony
- Explore centering exercises that can anchor you in the present moment empowering you to navigate stress more effectively
- Discover how PI Techniques practice bolsters resilience and enable quicker bounce-back from challenges
- Learn how to use PI Techniques as a tool for managing stress and preventing burnout
- Hone emotional control and learn how to respond to situations in a more intentional way
Sessions will be guided by Physical Intelligence expert Martina Wagner PhD, ACC during which you’ll learn about your energy through interactive exercises and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Her ArtesHumanis' programs are designed to teach you how to get in touch with your Physical Intelligence (read more about this here: www.arteshumanis.com) to start taking control of your thinking and mental capabilities.
Each participant will receive an aromatherapy sachet to take home. Coffee & Snack will be served. Be sure to wear durable shoes appropriate for a farm visit.

The farm, which hosts thousands of visitors each year, encompasses approximately 14.5 acres not far from the historic village of Bloomfield, California. It is the largest lavender farm in Northern California.
