Sunday Seminar Workshop: Introduction to Aromatherapy

Attend an informative seminar at Monte-Bellaria di California on how essential oils are distilled, extracted and used to promote physical, mental and emotional health. In this one-hour workshop you will learn about the history, theory and uses of aromatherapy in modern practice. There will be a hands-on demonstration of how essential oils are blended, and participants will experience the fragrances of some of the most popular therapeutics. This class will be led by Dr. William MacElroy, a certified aromatherapist and the owner of Monte-Bellaria, a Sonoma County-based lavender farm.

Participants will receive full documentation of the presentation slides as well as a pamphlet written by Dr. MacElroy: Essential Oils: A Short Handbook on Benefits.

Coffee & Snack will be served.
