Welcome to the International Salon Culinaire competitions entry form!

Get ready to be part of the UK’S largest and most prestigious programme of culinary competitions, taking place from 17th-19th March 2025 at ExCeL London. Held alongside HRC and as a key feature of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, the International Salon Culinaire is one of the most esteemed chef competitions in the world with a rich heritage of 122 years. With judging panels made up of senior members from the UK's most respected chefs’ associations—including The Craft Guild of Chefs, The British Culinary Federation, The Association of Pastry Chefs, The MasterChefs of Great Britain, The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and Disciples Escoffier UK—this is where culinary excellence meets opportunity.

The International Salon Culinaire has a history of launching careers and celebrating talent, with past winners emerging as some of the most awarded chefs in the UK and beyond. This renowned competition programme challenges and elevates chefs of all levels, providing them with the platform to showcase their skills, gain industry recognition, and build the confidence to excel in the culinary world.

The event will feature over 100 competitions across four distinct categories: Salon Display, Live Theatre, Skills Theatre, and Sugarcraft. Open to professional chefs, junior chefs, students, and apprentices, this is your chance to test your abilities and shine in one or more competitions. However, the competitions are not just for chefs! Professional cake makers are invited to showcase their artistry in the Sugarcraft section and 'Service'/ 'Front of House' students are also invited to enter dedicated skills competitions tailored exclusively for them. 

When completing the entry form, you'll have the option to select competitions for yourself, a colleague, or a student. For group entries, be prepared to provide the name, email, and date of birth for each participant at checkout.

Entries close on 14th February 2025, unless otherwise stated in the specific competition criteria available at www.internationalsalonculinaire.co.uk. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space in our competitions, especially on the Live Theatre and Skills Theatre, places are not guaranteed and we will contact you shortly after the entry deadline date to confirm your participation.
