International Salon Culinaire at HRC 2026

Get ready to take part in the UK’s largest and most prestigious culinary competition programme — the International Salon Culinaire, taking place 30 March – 1 April 2026 at ExCeL London.

Held alongside HRC and as a key feature of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, this world-renowned competition celebrates 122 years of culinary excellence. With judging panels featuring senior representatives from the UK’s most respected chef associations including The Craft Guild of Chefs, The British Culinary Federation, The Association of Pastry Chefs, The MasterChefs of Great Britain, The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and Disciples Escoffier UK, the International Salon Culinaire is where culinary skill meets opportunity.

Many past winners have gone on to become some of the most awarded and influential chefs in the UK and beyond. Competitions for Every Talent

With over 100 competitions across four categories — Salon Display, Live Theatre, Skills Theatre, and Sugarcraft — there’s something for everyone.

• Professional chefs, junior chefs, students, and apprentices can all put their skills to the test.

• Professional cake makers are invited to demonstrate their artistry in the Sugarcraft section.

• Front of House and Service students can enter dedicated skills competitions designed especially for them.

Whether you’re competing individually or on behalf of a team, this is your moment to shine.

How to Enter

When completing the entry form, you can select competitions for yourself, a colleague, or a student. For group entries, please be ready to provide the name, email address, and date of birth for each participant during checkout.

Entries close on 20 February 2026, unless otherwise specified within the individual competition criteria available at www.internationalsalonculinaire.co.uk.

Please Note: Due to high demand and limited availability — particularly in the Live Theatre and Skills Theatre — places cannot be guaranteed. We will confirm participation shortly after the entry deadline.
