Welcome to The International Salon Culinaire Entry form

Taking place on 21-23 March 2022 - alongside the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) show (formerly Hotelympia) at ExCeL London - The International Salon Culinaire is the only event of its type, judged by senior members of the leading chefs’ associations; The Association of Pastry Chefs, The British Culinary Federation, The Craft Guild of Chefs, The MasterChef's of Great Britain and The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

Previous winners in The International Salon Culinaire competitions have gone on to rank amongst the UK’s most celebrated and awarded chefs, both in the UK and internationally. A highly prestigious programme of competitions and one that sets many young chefs off on a professional career with the skills and confidence to thrive.

The Salon will comprise of over 100 competitions across four different categories – Salon Display, Live Theatre, Skills Theatre and Sugarcraft. Professional chefs, junior chefs, students and apprentices are invited to enter one or more competitions from the full selection.

You will be asked to select the competitions that you wish to enter/ or enter on behalf of a colleague or student. If you are entering on behalf of others you will be required to enter their name, email and d.o.b when you check out.

Closing date for entries is 21st February 2022 unless earlier as specified in the competition criteria found at www.internationalsalonculinaire.co.uk . If you have any questions when completing your entries, please contact:
