Step into Santa's cosy Christmas cabin, where children can meet Santa,

share their Christmas wishes, and take home a special gift.

Create magical memories together at Ashley Centre this Christmas.

These sessions are SEND. Please only book these slots if you require them, and head back to our main event page to book General Tickets.

What to Expect

• Wander and look for the sparkling lights and frosted trees

• Meet Santa in his cosy grotto

• Take home a festive gift

• Capture magical family memories with your own photos

• Our SEND sessions are designed with extra care to support children who may experience sensory discomfort or have additional needs. These sessions offer a calmer, more comfortable environment with reduced capacity, no loud music or sudden sounds, and a gentler pace from our staff

Tickets – £10 per child (+ £1 booking fee)

• 1 x ticket is admission for one child and includes a festive gift

• Two adults are included per ticket

Important Information

• Walk-ins are not possible – booking in advance is essential

• Please arrive promptly for your time slot and allow extra time for Christmas traffic

• Every child must have a ticket (under 2 years do not require a ticket; however, they do not receive a gift)

• The grotto is located on the ground floor, in the Central Square – look for the Christmas trees!
