Join us for a special in-depth guided tour with Andy McLeod, the curator of collections and exhibitions. Moravians in Pennsylvania had a complicated role in the American Revolution. Through the objects in our permanent exhibition galleries, visitors on this tour will learn how the Revolutionary War put the Moravians’ desire for freedom from entanglements with the outside world to the test—and how it ultimately transformed Moravian communities.
Tours begin at 1:00 and 2:30 with light refreshments following each tour.
Please note the museum galleries are on the second floor of our historic building and are only accessible by stairs.
This tour is limited to 12 people; reservations are highly recommended.
