October 2 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Colorful Connections: Self-Portrait Collage

Presented by Paint Cohoes & The Connect Center for Youth, this inclusive, hands-on workshop invites participants of all ages and abilities, with a focus on young adults, to create a unique self-portrait collage using magazine images, colorful paper, cardstock and decorative embellishments. Participants will explore creativity and self-expression while designing a portrait that reflects their personality, interests, and individual style. No prior art experience is needed.

October 16 | 4:00–5:00 PM – Colorful Connections: Pumpkin Painting

Presented by Paint Cohoes & The Connect Center for Youth, this fun seasonal art activity invites participants of all ages and abilities, with a focus on young adults, to decorate their own craft pumpkin using acrylic paints, markers, crayons, and colored pencils. Participants can experiment with colors, patterns, characters, and designs to create a one-of-a-kind pumpkin. No prior art experience is needed.

This free, family-friendly program is accessible for all ages and skill levels, no prior experience required.
