Chef Sebastian Rast will present an exclusive culinary and pâtisserie demonstration. This will be followed by a curated wine tasting and pairing with Paula Moulton and Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuère. Paula will also share her insights on wine pairing and the balance between food and wine.
