Need help?
Explore the versatile art of needle felting and celebrate local pollinators with award winning fiber artist, Mallory Zondag. During the four hour workshop you will learn how to use wool and a felting needle as drawing and painting tools to create your very own realistic, larger than life moth or butterfly. You will learn how to blend colors using color theory to bring your creations into living color, how to add the fine details found in the delicate wings and how to shape and sculpt wool into three dimensional elements like the body, the fur and the antennae. This workshop will bring you through all the basics of needle felting and you will leave with a full formed moth or butterfly to bring home.
