Go beyond the exterior and step inside St Brendan's Cathedral, completed in 1902 and widely regarded as one of the finest collections of Celtic Revival art and craftsmanship in Ireland. Your guide will walk you through its stained glass, created by artists of the influential An Túr Gloine studio, along with carvings, metalwork and timber work by leading Irish and local craftspeople. The tour also takes in the Clonfert Diocesan Museum in the cathedral grounds, home to treasures including the nearly 500-year-old Matheus Macraith Chalice and the Kilcorban Madonna, believed to be the oldest surviving wooden statue in Ireland. Runs on Sundays.
