Mount Dora Ice Cream Stroll and Pup Walk - Fall '26

The Mount Dora Ice Cream Stroll & Pup Walk is back for fall — with more than 20 ice cream samples included with every ticket. We are so excited to announce our full lineup! 

Join us Sunday, October 11 from 2:00–4:00 PM as historic downtown Mount Dora transforms into a self-guided ice cream tasting tour, with different flavors waiting at participating businesses throughout downtown.

Yes — the ice cream is included in your ticket price. Purchase your ticket, check in, grab your stroll materials and spend the afternoon making your way through downtown while sampling more than 20 different ice creams along the route.

Three Mount Dora Ice Cream Favorites

This year’s ice cream lineup is powered by:

🍦 Scoops on 5th – a downtown favorite with a huge selection of classic, colorful and creative ice cream flavors.

🍦 Waffles & Cream – serving up fun frozen creations and home to downtown Mount Dora’s pineapple Dole soft serve.

🍦 Mystic Ice Cream – known for its smooth, all-natural ice cream and creative flavors, including its popular adults-only varieties.

Past strolls have featured everything from Cookie Monster and Banana Crunch Toffee to Moose Tracks, Kahlúa Fudge Brownie, pineapple Dole soft serve and plenty more.

Each participating business will serve a different sample, giving you the chance to create your own route, explore downtown businesses and eat a lot of ice cream along the way.

Participating Ice Cream Stroll stops and the full fall flavor lineup will be announced soon.

🐾 The Pup Walk Returns

Bring the dog — there are treats for them, too.

The Mount Dora Pup Walk returns alongside the Ice Cream Stroll, with DogTuff and Earl’s Bakehouse helping make sure four-legged guests get in on the fun.

Participating stops along the route will offer dog treats and pet-friendly surprises as you make your way through downtown.

It’s an afternoon built for the whole family — including the furry members.

How It Works

Start at the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center, where you’ll check in and receive everything you need for the stroll.

Then, choose your own adventure.

There is no required route or stop order. Make your way through participating downtown businesses anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, enjoying a different ice cream sample at each stop.

Your ticket includes more than 20 ice cream samples, so all you have to decide is where to start.
