International Feldenkrais Week - Special Event in Frome

To celebrate International Feldenkrais Week, 3 local practitioners are offering an afternoon of FREE movement classes on the theme of 'Transitions', using the subtle, yet powerful, floor-based lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®. 

It is an ideal opportunity for you if: you want a taster of Feldenkrais, you'd like to experience different teachers or treat yourself to an afternoon's workshop. Come for one or more classes. Please bring a mat and/or blanket, and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Be prepared to lie on the floor for all lessons.
